After being highly commended from the Ballymaloe Cookery School, in Ireland, and obtaining an FdSc in Culinary Arts from Westminster Kingsway College, I worked in several top London restaurants, including extensive patisserie experience at 1 star Michelin level, and in private homes across the UK and abroad. I've been so privileged as to work in many beautiful and inspiring places, and to cook with fantastic regional and seasonal produce wherever I go. Most recently I had an absolute blast on BBC's Masterchef the Professionals 2015, making it to the final twelve. Since Masterchef, and discovering instagram, my work has diversified into freelance recipe writing, blogging, and food styling, as well as cooking.
